Beautiful palace and grounds . Getting there takes time and one can’t enter without a reservation. Good hospitality and all the staff is very friendly and d helpful, ready to even take your pictures and talk to you about the history of the palace. We did the short tour of the palace along with high tea at restaurant Celeste. Expensive but worth it for a one time visit . Food offered is too much and one can’t do justice to it . One must go for the experience and the ambience, not for the food which is very average. The staff is very attentive and take god care of you.

Team, I would extend my thanks for such a lovely stay at the palace and exceptional service. A big callout to our host Harsh and his team who took care of our special request(s). We were surprised to see our kids name outside the door. Also, cutting the anniversary cake like Nawabs felt amazing. HK team made extra efforts to ensure we have had kids amenities in the room, I was taken aback by this gesture and attention to detail. FO: Sunaina, She was very welcoming. Also, offered to extend the check-out time but we were in a hurry. F&B: A big shout out to Sudhakar, he has best food recommendations. His team is on the toes for anything and everything. Our breakfast was made memorable with the music and a great gesture by the team again. Kudos to Nasir, Ashish, Sujata, and the chef. Compliments to the culinary experts for the amazing food, I loved the mutton biryani, Nihari and to my surprise I never thought, I would love Eggplant. The attention to detail during the visit was exceptional, I have been to Jaipur recently and a few other Taj properties but you guys took it to another level. I can't thank you enough for all the hospitality and you have spoiled me for good. I always tell my friends that ITC and Taj are the real Indian hospitality experts and you proved me right!!! I will come back soon. Wish you all the best of health.

Dear Mr. Shrikent, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to you and the entire team at the Taj Falaknuma Palace for making our recent stay, celebrating our wedding anniversary, truly unforgettable. From the warm Nawabi welcome by Harsh at the front desk to the beautiful flower rangoli created by housekeeping supervisor Mounika, every detail was thoughtful and added a special touch to our experience. The surprise cake-cutting ceremony arranged by Duty Manager Sunaina, Harsh, and their colleagues was a delightful way to celebrate our anniversary. The personalized venue with flowers, candles, and sparkling grape juice created a magical ambiance. The exceptional service extended throughout our stay. Restaurant supervisor Nazir provided excellent service at the Nazir restaurant, and F&B Director Ashish personally ensured our comfort. When my daughter wasn't feeling well, Ashish's thoughtful arrangement of a light meal for her was greatly appreciated. We are also grateful to KV Rao from the front office for capturing some amazing pictures of us throughout the palace. His photography skills helped us document these precious memories. Special thanks to Shahbaz from security who guided us to a hidden gem, a historic shop from the Nawab's era, selling delectable sweets. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable. Taj staff was amazing and accommodated every wish. The luxurious amenities, courteous staff and activities were incredible experience for us. Would recommend this place for anyone visiting Hyderabad. The qawwalis, food and walk around the property are my favorite takeaways.
